  1. Genes and genomes: We will learn about genomes and genes are, how they make you different from each other and your parents. We will build toy animals, make their genomes and breed them.

  2. Shapes and forms: We will learn that combinations of genes make some animals (and us) look a bit different from each other.

  3. DNA and Genetic code: We will learn that genes are written in A,T,C,G letters of DNA. You will invent your own genetic code to write secret messages.

  4. Evolution and how DNA changes over long long long periods of time.

  5. Extract your DNA: We will do a little experiment and each of you will extract a bit of your DNA to play with it.
