3D Modeling

Learn to 3D model through an open source Block-based coding software called BlocksCAD. BlocksCAD 3D modeling is unique because instead of dragging out a sphere that the computer has coded, the user must use the code to create a sphere. And to translate that sphere and affect it and the other primitives (sphere, cube, cylinder). This class is more of a coding class that solidifies spatial reasoning. This class requires students to have a basic understanding of x/y plots to make it easier when learning to move objects in 3 dimension through translating and rotating about an axis. This class also requires a laptop for each student (ideally). Each student will be able to 3D print 1 of their creations to take home as I will have a 3D printer to use for the class.
