Exploring conflicts through role play

Explore inter-personal and internal conflicts in a fun way, by presenting a conflict as a play of two characters and directing this play for two other people. We will use some concepts of Nonviolent communication throughout the process, to understand the feelings and the needs of both characters. We will see how understanding feelings and needs can result in a much more effective communication. I've been offering this class at Google for a number of years, with great feedback from the participants.
