What is a “zine?” Zine is short for magazine, and is a short form print publication that is often independent of a publishing house. Zines have a strong history of sharing and spreading radical, creative, or silly ideas in the world of art and literature. This means, everyone, even YOU, can make your own zine! Join the Chill Mag visual editor for an exploration of independent publication! In this class we will talk about magazine layouts, print methods, content gathering techniques, and more. Plus, everyone will leave with their very own zine!
